项目摘要

学校等における食物アレルギー緊急時対制構築において、現職教育の効果を最大限に引き出すためには、関係者が指導者となり繰り返し訓練を行うこと、その学校の構造、人員構成にあった体制構築が重要であると考える。そのため、現場で活躍する養護教諭等を想定した緊急時対応講習の指導者育成プログラムの開発を主目的とする。さらに、指導者が現職教育を行うために必要な支援ツールの開発を目的としている。令和４年度は、月１回の会議を開催し、前半に養成マニュアルの修正、The International Board of Standard Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi)のInstructor Competenciesに基づいて抽出された、この講習会の指導者に適応したものの評価ルーブリックを作成した。また、養成マニュアルに基づいて養護教諭６名を対象に、小人数での講習会のβテストを行った。後半は、βテストの結果で修正を行い、COVID-19流行が落ち着いてきた年度末に愛知県内の３教育委員会（豊橋市・刈谷市・東郷町）と協力を得て、養成講習会３回、計33名の指導者養成を行った。分担研究者は、学校保健やアレルギー関連学会に参加し、最新の知見の収集に努めた。
