臨床看護において看護師は一般的に複数の患者を担当し、交代制勤務の中で患者の状況を申し送りながら看護を実践している。また、今日の臨床看護においては、入院期間の短縮や、医療技術の発達、高齢化によって患者が複数の疾患を抱えているなど、業務内容の複雑化も伴う限られた時間の中で、個々の患者のニーズを満たさなければならない。このような中で、看護師にはこれまで以上に高い看護実践能力が求められており、看護基礎教育においては臨床判断能力を強化するカリキュラム改正がなされた。優先順位を判断しなければならないことは臨床判断の複雑さを増す要因であり、学生や新人看護師には難しいものであるため、臨床判断能力の育成において優先順位の設定を教育することは重要な課題である。一方で、臨床判断能力の育成に欠かせない臨床実習は制限されたものとなっており、これを補完するものとしてシミュレーション教育が推奨されている。そこで、本研究では、複数患者を受け持つ多重課題シミュレーションにおいて看護師の優先順位の判断根拠を取り入れた教育プログラムを開発することを最終的な目的とした。そのため、本年度は、本研究の重要概念である「優先順位」についての概念分析をおこなった。Rodgers（2000）の概念分析のアプローチを用い、対象となった文献から「臨床看護における優先順位」の属性、先行要件、帰結を明らかにし概念を定義した。これについては、現在学術誌への投稿中である。また、本年度はさらに、優先順位の判断を教育するための最適なシミュレーション方法について検討するために、多重課題シミュレーション教育の国内外の文献についてレビューを実施し、現在まとめを実施している。

The clinical nurse is responsible for the general care of multiple patients and the patient's condition in the service. Today's clinical care industry, shortening of hospital admission period, advancement of medical technology, upgrading of patients, and expansion of business content. The nursing profession has the ability to improve the nursing practice and strengthen the clinical judgment. Prioritization of judgment is an important issue for students, novice caregivers, and the development of clinical judgment. The development of clinical judgment ability is insufficient, and clinical practice is limited. The ultimate goal of this study is to determine the priorities of caregivers and to develop educational programs for multiple patients. This year, the important concept of this study is "priority order". Rodgers (2000) defines the concept of "priority in clinical care" in terms of attributes, antecedents, and endings. This is the first time that I have ever written a book. This year, we will give priority to the evaluation of the most appropriate methods for education.
