木造住宅の耐震補強の「費用対効果」に注目した研究をいっそう推進し、実務設計において実践的に活用できる補強設計法を提供するために、研究代表者は耐震診断評点の座標系表示（以下評点座標系という）を提案している。これを用いることで、補強設計の設計方針とその耐力状況を可視化する方法を開発・実現しようとしている。令和4年度は、熊本県益城町の住民にアンケート調査を行い、熊本地震前後の住宅の仕様の変化、被害状況、建て替えの状況、地盤や基礎の状況などについて基礎的データの収集を行った。熊本地震直後の日本建築学会による悉皆調査は、主に外観目視であるため、今回の調査によって、さらに詳細で信頼性の高い資料・情報を収集することができた。調査範囲は、建築学会の悉皆調査と同範囲とした。さらに東京大学のデータベースで公開されている悉皆調査データとの比較を行うことで、外観目視調査の信頼性についての検証も進めている。なお住民アンケートの結果は、益城町ならびに住民に対してフィードバックする予定である。評点座標系については、その方法論について改良を行った。特に耐震要素の除去と付加の両方に対応するようコスト次元を二次元に増やし、合計四次元の特性ベクトルを利用するようにした。この理論については、令和5年6月の国際会議発表で詳細を報告する。

The research on the cost-effectiveness of seismic strengthening of wooden houses should be carried out in advance, and the practical design should be carried out in practice. In 2004, a survey was conducted on the residents of Kumamoto Prefecture's Iki Castle Town, and a survey was conducted on the changes in housing conditions before and after the Kumamoto earthquake, the damage situation, the construction situation, the site and the foundation situation, and the collection of the foundation. After Kumamoto earthquake, the Japanese Architectural Society conducted a survey on the main external visual field, and the current survey conducted detailed information collection. The survey was conducted in the same way as the survey conducted by the Architectural Society. The University of Tokyo's data center is open to the public, and the investigation data center is open to the public, and the investigation data center is open to the public. The results of the survey are as follows: Evaluation of coordinate system, methodology and improvement In particular, the earthquake resistant elements are removed from the four dimensions, and the characteristics of the four dimensions are utilized. The theory of this issue was discussed in detail at the International Conference in June 2015.
