项目摘要

本研究は312例の糖尿病合併冠動脈疾患を対象とした多施設、前向き、無作為化試験にて、多因子強化治療による抗動脈硬化作用を血管内超音波検査にて評価する。初年度から令和4年度の後半までは、COVID-19の影響により十分な症例登録を行うことができなかったが、後半からは各施設で最初の症例登録を完了し、プロトコールの逸脱がないかなどのモニタリングも終了した。また、COVID-19の中でも症例登録を促進するために各施設からヒアリングを行い、プロトコールを見直し、一部簡略化する手続きなどを行なった。このような努力とCOVID-19による脅威の収束により令和4年の年末以降は、各施設で徐々に症例登録が進み始め、現在は月5-10例程度のペースで症例登録が進んでいる。現在までにプロトコール逸脱などは報告されていない。
