2022年度は、以下の動物行動解析を行う予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の蔓延により研究活動の制限を余儀なくされ、現在実験を一時中断している。実験1：ピリドキサミン摂取とホットフラッシュ様症状　卵巣摘出後より、各群n=10としてピリドキサミンフリー、2g/L、4g/Lの飲料水を使用する。術前、術後1週（10週齢）、および術後4週（13週齢）に、強制運動前後のテールスキン温度を測定する。強制運動は10分間トレッドミル(TMS-M2、メルクエスト)を用いて行う。サーモトレーサ(InfReC Thermo FLEX F50、日本アビオニクス)を用いて、強制運動前・運動後15分間のテールスキン温度を測定し、温度変化を解析する。術後4週(13週齢)にテールスキン温度を測定後に、Ovx群・sham群のマウスを安楽死させた後に解剖し、心嚢穿刺による血液採取、子宮の摘出を行う。血液は遠心分離し、血清を凍結保存する。子宮重量から卵巣摘出術の評価を行う。また脳を凍結保存する。実験２：ピリドキシン摂取とうつ様症状　卵巣摘出後より、各群n=10として、ピリドキサミンフリー、2g/L、4g/Lの飲料水を使用する。術前、術後1週（10週齢）、および術後4週(13週齢)に、強制水泳試験を行う。強制水泳試験は、アクリル製円筒に25℃の水を満たしマウスを水中に6分間放置し、CCDキャメラを用いて録画した水泳の軌跡から行動を解析する。無動の頻度と総時間のデータから、うつ病様行動を評価する。術後4週(13週齢)に強制水泳試験施行後施行後に、Ovx群・sham群のマウスを安楽死させた後に解剖し、心嚢穿刺による血液採取、子宮の摘出を行う。血液は遠心分離し、血清を凍結保存する。子宮重量から卵巣摘出術の評価を行う。また脳を凍結保存する。
