フィールドのCOVID-19感染状況は調査地域で落ち着かない状況が続いた。調査施設においては病棟閉鎖となる事もあり研究調査ができない状況が続いた。よって、施設側と再調整し、以下決定した。研究フィールドの変更について。当初は調査対象者に対する介入は入院中より実施する予定だった。しかし、調査フィールドにおいてCOVID-19感染が落ち着かず、立ち入りが制限され研究を行うことが困難となった。よって、研究フィールドを再検討し、当初予定していた場所（病棟→外来）で実施することとなった。本研究は健康教育効果検討する目的だが、フィールド変更にあたり、研究目的、介入教育内容、調査対象者への不利益、について十分に留意した内容になっている。そのため、研究計画書を再修正し、倫理委員会に申請をした。研究フィールドの変更、倫理申請があり、研究スケジュールは遅れているが、2023年5月より感染法上の分類が5類に変更されることにより、感染に関する行動制限等は緩和され、研究実施によりスムーズになると考えられる。調査内容は、プライマリアウトカムは、更年期指数で、セカンダリアウトカムは、脂質代謝異常：トリグリセライド、LDLコレステロール、HDLコレステロール、肩こり(筋硬度計)、肌の状態（モイスチャーチェッカー）、身体測定：腹囲、BMI、血圧、体脂肪率、精神・心理症状(不安、抑うつ)、HADS(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale)、生活習慣：生活習慣チェックリスト(食事、喫煙、飲酒、休養・ストレス、睡眠)、活動量（活動量計：スマートブレス）、QOL：FACT-G (FunctionalAssessment of Cancer-general：がん特異的尺度)である。
