项目摘要

鼻咽腔閉鎖不全症の患者のうち、軽度閉鎖不全症で新たに同意が得られた患者2名に対し、処置を施行し、前年度の3名と合わせて5名の術後経過を観察した。前年度に効果が認めなかった1名をのぞき、4名に鼻咽腔閉鎖不全の若干の改善を認めた。またその4例の症例で、言語療法士が行う音声評価で、小さくても何らかの改善が見られ、聴覚的にも軽度から中等度の改善が見られた。これらのVPIの改善は12ヶ月以上維持されており、さらなる経過観察が行われる予定である。さらに、睡眠時無呼吸症候群や低身長症などの合併症も認められなかった。なお、1名の患者において、脂肪吸引部位の大腿部に軽度の知覚異常が出現したが、約6ヶ月で日常生活で気にならない程度に回復した。また内視鏡検査でも鼻咽腔閉鎖不全の改善を観察することができた。これらの成果を国際学会（英語での口演：Isomura E, Matsukawa M, Nohara K, Tanaka N, Sugiyama C, Yokota Y, Sakai T, Tanaka S, Kogo M.
