项目摘要

①各市町村で勤務する薬剤師における、新人薬剤師（その年に薬剤師登録をした薬剤師）の割合を市町村規模別に比較した。②1994年、1996年、2006年、2012年、2016年のいずれにおいても、新人薬剤師は人口が多い市町村に分布していた。新人の薬局薬剤師は、1994年から2016年の間で、人口が少ない市町村にも分布してきていた。一方、新人の病院薬剤師は、1994年から2016年の間で大きな変化はなく、人口が多い市町村に分布していた。③男性薬剤師と女性薬剤師の偏在を、X軸を市町村人口、Y軸を市町村毎に勤務する薬剤師数として描画したLorenz曲線から求めたGini係数で評価した。1994年から2016年の間でGini係数は低下していた。④男性薬剤師と女性薬剤師の分布を市町村の人口規模で比較した。薬剤師全体の1994年と2016年における人口1万人以内の市町村における人口あたりの男性薬剤師は、1994年では女性薬剤師の0.9倍だったが、2016年では1.5倍となっており、人口1万人以内の市町村では男性薬剤師の割合が大きくなっていた。一方、人口30万人以上の市町村における人口あたりの男性薬剤師は、1994年では女性薬剤師の0.59倍だったが、2016年では0.52倍となっており、人口30万人以上の市町村では男性薬剤師の割合が小さくなっていた。また、薬局に勤務する薬剤師、病院に勤務する薬剤師のいずれにおいても、女性薬剤師は男性薬剤師に比して、人口が多い市町村に分布していた。
