22年度は、①管理栄養士の在籍していない薬局の健康サポート研修を修了している薬剤師、②管理栄養士の在籍する薬局の薬剤師、③薬局に勤務している管理栄養士の3者を対象にインタビュー調査（各5名）を実施し、PAC分析方法を用いて、解析を実施した。調査の結果、3者共通の低栄養患者に対する介入ポイントは、〈摂取カロリーと栄養素の確認と提案〉、〈患者の誤った認識の是正〉、〈栄養状態の把握〉、〈摂食・嚥下障害への対応〉、〈周囲のサポートしてくれる人へのアプローチ〉の5項目であり、3者共通の低栄養患者に対する栄養相談の課題は、〈薬剤師の栄養に関する知識の向上〉、〈早期発見・早期介入〉の2項目であった。また、3者共通の生活習慣病患者に対する介入ポイントは、〈生活環境の確認〉、〈偏食の是正〉、〈検査値による評価と継続フォロー〉の3項目であり、3者共通の課題は、〈栄養に関する基礎的知識の向上が必要〉、〈医師・薬剤師・管理栄養士の連携が必要〉の2項目であった。
