本研究の目的は，漢方専門医の臨床能力，すなわち，観察力，臨床推論力，関係構築力を医学生との比較により解明し，医学生の漢方臨床能力向上に向けた教材を開発することである。昨年までに，医師の視線行動に関する文献レビューを行い，研究者間で，視線行動の定義づけ，それらの判別方法，一致率の算出方法などデータ収集方法の具体を検討した。なお，視線行動に関する文献レビューを論文としてまとめ報告した。昨年度に引き続き今年度も，ウェアラブル型アイトラッカーを装着した漢方専門医および医学生が70歳代の模擬患者に漢方医学的診察を行う際の視線行動および会話内容を調査した。現在，漢方専門医8名，医学生7名のデータ収集を終えた。引き続き，研究協力が得られた漢方専門医と医学生のデータ収集を行う予定である。視線行動のデータ分析については，まず，先行研究に基づき，模擬患者の目，顔，体幹，上肢，下肢，カルテ，問診票の7つの視線行動を設定した。次に，申請者がそれらを抽出し，判定の信頼性を確保する目的で，無作為に抽出した20％の映像を研究分担者が同様に抽出した。両者の一致率を求めたところ，kappa係数は0.98であった。視線計測のこれらのデータを統計学的に分析する予定である。臨床推論力および関係構築力のデータ分析については，ICレコーダーに録音した模擬診察中の会話内容から逐語録を作成した。今年度，質的帰納的に分析を行う予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the clinical competence of Chinese traditional medicine students and to develop the teaching materials for Chinese traditional medicine students. In the past year, the definition of line action among researchers, the discrimination method, the calculation method of agreement rate, and the collection method were discussed in detail. This is a paper and report on literature related to visual action. Last year, we introduced a series of activities to investigate Chinese medical practitioners and medical students who have been practicing Chinese medicine for 70 years. At present, there are 8 Chinese doctors and 7 medical students. The study was conducted in collaboration with Chinese medicine and medical students. Vision action analysis is conducted in the following areas: first research, simulation of patient's eyes, face, trunk, upper limbs, lower limbs, and consultation ticket. Second, the applicant has to be selected for the purpose of determining the reliability of the application. The kappa coefficient is 0.98. A statistical analysis of visual measurements and measurements is performed.
