本研究は医師の病院前救急診療に関する文献を網羅的に検索・集積するシステマティックレビューによるエビデンス提示を促進し、その結果をリアルワールドデータと比較検証をすることで、エビデンス・診療ギャップを明らかにするものである。2022年度は、前年度に引き続き、複数の研究協力者とともに下記の通り病院前救急診療に関するシステマティックレビューおよびリアルワールドデータの解析を行った。1. 小児救急患者に対するHelicopter Emergency Medical Service(HEMS)の治療効果に関するシステマティックレビューを遂行した。文献抽出・スクリーニング・データ抽出・各一次研究の質評価・メタアナリシスまで完了し、英文論文発表の準備を進めている。2. 成人に対するHEMSの治療効果についてシステマティックレビューのシステマティックレビュー（Overview Review）を行った。この結果さまざまなシステマティックレビューが存在するものの、HEMSの治療効果についての定量的なエビデンスが不足していることがわかった。3. 2をふまえ成人外傷患者に対するHEMSの治療効果について定量的に検証するシステマティックレビューを開始した。現在、文献抽出まで完了しており、今後、データ抽出・質評価・メタアナリシスを行っていく予定である。4. 今後のエビデンス診療ギャップの解明に用いるリアルワールドデータである全国ドクターヘリレジストリ（JSAS-R）についても記述的解析を進めデータの把握を行った。

This study focuses on the literature of pre-hospital emergency diagnosis and treatment.
