2022年4月以降も，電子カルテデータ収集のためのシステム構築，ならびに，介入である診療監査とコーチング活動を定期的に実施した．電子カルテデータ収集のためのシステム構築については，6施設(a,b,c,d,e,f)中2施設(e,f)の診療所において，電子カルテの機能不足により，データ抽出体制の構築は困難と判断し，協議のもと，2022年度中に参加を中断した．一方，6施設中1施設(c)において，新たに定期的な収集体制を確立することができため，前年度に抽出体制が整った2施設(a,b)を加え，3施設(a,b,c)から収集可能な状況となった．今年度，新たに研究コーディネーターの協力が得られる体制となったため，3施設からのデータ収集とレポート作成は安定した．残る1施設(d)は，2023年度前半に現地訪問を行い体制を構築予定である．診療監査とコーチングについては，参加4施設(a,b,c,d)と定期的に実施した．これまでに施設aに対しては，２１回の個人面談と3回のチーム面談，2回の施設訪問を実施した．施設bに対しては，19回の個人面談と2回の施設訪問を，施設cに対しては，3回の個人面談と6回のチーム面談，そして，施設dとは，4回の個人面談，8回のチーム面談，1回の施設訪問を実施した．チーム面談は，当初は合同開催を予定していたが，各施設のスケジュール調整ができず,個別開催に切り替えて開催している．2022年10月に，現地形式で合同のQIカンファレンスを開催することができた．また，2022年後半から，研究成果の解析の指導者を研究チームに招聘し，定期的な解析検討会議を始めている．
