项目摘要

口腔細菌叢形成の機序を明らかにすることを目的に、妊娠中の女性を対象として調査を開始し、出生児について母子コホート研究として追跡調査を継続してきた。令和4年度の実績として、対象妊婦が出産した児について、生後1ヶ月健診時点で唾液採取を行い、併せて、対象者の産褥1ヶ月時に唾液採取と質問紙調査を継続して実施した。また、1歳半健診時の母および児の唾液採取・質問紙調査を継続して実施できた。3歳半健診時についても、対象の母および児についての追跡調査を同様に実施することができた。以上より、令和4年度末現在で母子コホート研究における累積の唾液採取件数は、母妊娠期599件・産後1か月412件・産後1年半254件・産後3年半89件、児生後1か月41件・1歳半254件・3歳半91件となった。採取した唾液は凍結保存しており、児が1歳半まで追跡し得た73組について、妊娠中の母の検体、その出生児の生後1ヶ月及び1歳半の検体について口腔内細菌叢のメタゲノム解析を行った。
