项目摘要

令和4年度は当初計画をやや変更し、以下について研究を進めた。１）文献レビューの継続：令和３年度に引き続き、補完・代替療法にかかわる文献、特に患者の意思決定に影響する医療専門職の態度、患者と専門職のコミュニケーション、専門職教育についての文献レビューを行った。その結果、昨年までのレビューにおいて示された文献上の課題（医療専門職者のCAMに関する知識不足、患者とのコミュニケーション不足）に加え、欧米諸国の医療専門職教育資源が、本研究が開発を目指す、がん患者への効果的な補完・代替療法利用支援に向けた看護継続教育プログラムの参考になりうることが検討できた。２）エキスパートレビューに備える教育プログラム骨子の検討：当初計画では、専門看護師および認定看護師に、がん患者への補完・代替療法利用支援における実践経験および課題、一般看護師に対する教育・コンサルテーションの実態および課題等を抽出するためのインタビュー調査を行う予定であった。しかし、継続している文献レビューの結果および研究者の先行研究成果を統合することで、教育プログラム骨子案を作成することが可能であるかを検討した。結果、教育プログラムの対象や教育の場を特定すること以外に、補完・代替医療を利用するがん患者の病みの軌跡に沿って必要なタイミングで適切に支援できることを視野にいれた教育プログラムの考案が重要であると考えられた。３）先行研究成果の公表：補完・代替療法に関する支援への研究者・実践者間コミュニケーションを図るため、補完・代替療法を利用するがん患者への看護実践に関する研究者の先行研究について、国外雑誌への論文投稿を行った。
