1.教員のリフレクションに関する文献収集を行った。リフレクションは、1970年以降か教員教育において着目され、教員は意思決定者としての立場から意味を構築するリフレクテイブな専門者へと移行したという史的経緯が明らかになった。リフレクションは、Dewey J.やSchon D.A.によって説明されているが、さらにF. Korthagenによって、教員教育としてのリフレクションプログラムが構築されていた。F. Korthagenによるリフレクションプログラムは、我が国の学校教育において徐々に広がりつつあり、教育のリアリステイック・アプローチとして具体的なプログラムが紹介されていた。一方、看護教育では、リフレクションの紹介はあるが、その定義やプログラムについて教育実践に活用できる具体性のある報告はなかった。文献を通してF. Korthagenによるリフレクションプログラムを看護教員の教育に反映させていく本研究の意義が確認された。これらの内容はリフレクションに関する文献的考察として論文化する予定である。2.リフレクションプログラム開発に向けて、13名の看護教員に対するインタビューを教育実践の経験に関する５項目で行った。それには、①自己の臨床経験を教育活動に反映させている、②経験のある先輩看護教員やメンターとなる他教員からのサポートがある、などがあった。教育実践に留まらない豊富な経験があった。リフレクションの学びを進めるにあたって、文献では教育実践に焦点化する傾向であった。しかし、リフレクションプログラムの開発には、教育実践に留まらず、教員が所属する組織など多様な経験を含めて取り上げていくことが確認にされた。また、多様な経験を取り上げることによってF. Korthagenによるコアリフレクションといえるものが抽出できることが考えられた。以上の結果について今後は論文化をする予定である。
