项目摘要

本年度は、発達障害特性がある看護師への指導経験または一緒に働いた経験がある看護師へのインタビュー調査の結果まとめを行っている。まとめの途中ではあるが、結果から、発達障害特性がある看護師と一緒に働く看護師には、様々な困難にあっていることがわかった。これまで経験したことがない困難な状況に合い、当該者の特性理解が必要であることに気づき、それに対応する必要になったり、同僚看護師や他部署人員にも当該者の特性理解を求めたり、仲介するなど多くの支援が必要であることが示された。また、2022年度は、①発達障害診断を受けている看護師へのインタビュー調査の実施、②インタビュー調査の結果分析しまとめることであったが、これらの実施が遅れている。研究は遅れているものの、現在は、前述のインタビュー結果のまとめと、発達障害がある看護師の就労に関わるインタビュー調査の準備を行っている。インタビュー調査の準備では、昨年度行った文献検討から、発達障害がある看護師の支援には、障害特性を理解し、その人の適性やニーズに即した支援を職場全体で行うことが必要であることが示唆され、これらを参考に、インタビューガイドを作成し、研究倫理審査に諮るための研究計画書を作成した。予定していた①の調査は、対象とする看護師の募集に困難を要し、予定人数の選定ができていない。また、インタビュー調査は、新型コロナウイルス感染の影響を受け実施に困難を要している。今後は新型コロナウイルス感染の状況を鑑み、必要に応じて調査方法を検討すると共に、医療現場の業務負担も考慮しながら調査が実施できるようにする。研究対象者を募るために、研究依頼する施設を増やしていく。

Research partners are invited to participate in research activities.
