项目摘要

わが国の急性期および慢性期医療機関で直接的なケアに関わるすべての職員に必要な転倒転落予防に関する必要最低水準の知識・技能・行動態度を明らかにし、多職種共通の基礎的転倒転落予防教育プログラムを開発するために、転倒転落に関する教育研修の動向について引き続き国内外からの情報収集を行った。この結果現在、米国ではAHRQのトレーニングプログラム、およびCDCのSTEADIによるプログラムが広く普及していることが明らかになったため、内容の翻訳および検討を行った。あわせて転倒転落予防対策に関する職員教育の内容と方法について、転倒転落予防に先進的取り組みを行っている医療機関1か所について、インタビューを行った。職種共通の教育プログラムは行われておらず、転倒転落予防に関する知識は職種により大きな差があり、転倒後の個別的な検討は十分に行われていなかった。センサー類の使用は患者の行動制限を避けるために抑制的であった。この結果をもとに急性期医療機関の医療安全管理者に対する転倒転落予防に関してすべての職種に要求される知識と地位・役割に応じて要求される知識・技能・行動動態度についての質問調査票の修正を行った。あわせて慢性期医療機関の管理者または医療安全管理者に対する転倒転落予防に関する職員教育の状況についての質問紙調査票の見直しと調査方法の検討を行うとともに、Web調査の準備を行った。
