2022年度は、5月末より産前産後休暇、育児休業を取得したため、翌4月末まで事業を中断している。そのため、中断前までは前年度に行った組織市民行動の概念整理と構成要素に基づき、組織市民行動の尺度案の検討を実施した。事業再開後はその結果をもとに尺度の最終案を作成し、妥当性検討、組織市民行動の実態と関連する組織的要因についての調査計画立案に進める予定である。
