本研究は，結核感染予防のために構築した医療施設職員の結核健診管理・教育システムを臨床応用し，医療施設で主体的に実施されている職員の接触者健診を評価し，施設職員の健康を継続支援することを目的としている。令和4年度は，モデル地域とする東海3県（愛知県・岐阜県・三重県）の感染管理認定看護師へ施設内での職員の結核接触者健診についての質問紙調査を実施し，同時に開発した職員接触者健診データ管理用ソフトウエア（開発したソフトウエア）を試用してもらう施設を募った。質問紙調査は28名からの回答を得た。その中の3施設の施設長から承認，感染管理認定看護師からの同意を得て，開発したソフトウエアの試用を開始した。試用開始前に，3施設の感染管理認定看護師へ，職員接触者健診のデータ管理状況や課題等について事前調査を実施した。その後，各施設で発生した実際の結核接触者健診のデータを開発したソフトウエアを用いて管理を開始してもらった。試用期間中に使用感や管理状況についての調査を行う予定で進めている。令和3年に検討したソフトウエアの設計上の問題については，データ一括入力機能や項目の整備，細かな修正点を含め改訂を行い，現在テスト段階である。令和5年には，開発したソフトウエアを試用している3施設のソフトウエアを改訂版に更新し，試用を継続してもらう予定をしている。

This study aims to establish a framework for TB infection prevention, health care management, education, and clinical use among health care providers, to evaluate health care for health care providers, and to provide health care support for health care providers. In 2004, we conducted questionnaire survey on TB contact health examination for employees in infection management certified nurse facilities in Tokai 3 (Aichi, Gifu, and Mie), and developed software for TB contact health examination management on a trial basis. The questionnaire survey has 28 answers. The Director of the 3-year program acknowledges that the infection management certified nurse has approved the program, and the trial begins. Before the trial starts, conduct pre-investigation of 3 designated infection management nurses, staff contacts, health care management status, and topics. After the establishment of the system, the health care system of TB contact persons began to be developed and managed. During the trial period, the user's sense of management status is checked and the investigation is scheduled to proceed. In the third year of this year, we discussed the design problems, including the maintenance of the power function, the detailed correction points, and the revision of the current stage.
