2022年度は2021年度の計画してできなかった点を修正して行う予定であった。１．若手看護教員に対するインタビュ調査の実施２．若手看護教員に対する「実践コミュニティ」に対するニーズ調査３．ワークショップの開催新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大のため、夏期に予定していた計画が実施できなくなり、さらに予期しない業務のため、計画を延期することになった。調査研究については研究分担者らによる研究会議に開催によって、倫理審査を受けるところまで進んだが、これも新型コロナ感染症の拡大によって、中断している。新しいプログラムの実施のためには、若手看護教員のニーズ調査が不可欠であるため、調査を進める予定である。
