本研究は、16時間夜勤の二交代制勤務に従事する看護師を対象に、睡眠の構造を測定し、その特徴を明らかにするとともに、疲労および健康状態の主観的評価との関連を明らかにすることを目的としている。これらの研究成果は、看護師の疲労対策や睡眠教育プログラム作成のための基礎資料となる。調査対象は20歳代から40歳代で、二交代制の16時間夜勤を行う看護師とし、腕時計型の活動量計により、日勤、夜勤、休日の総睡眠時間やレム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠などの睡眠状況を測定するとともに、調査票を用いて、看護師の疲労や日中の眠気、健康に関連するQOLを測定し、睡眠との関連を評価する。初年度（令和3年）は新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大の影響により、計画していた調査が実施できず、文献検討から睡眠測定器をより低コストで感染対策に配慮したリストバンド型のウェアラブルデバイスに変更し、令和4年度は調査機器や質問紙等の物品購入、分析に用いる測定指標を検討し調査開始に備えた。しかし感染者数が減少傾向となり、研究協力施設から調査開始の承諾を得たところで、再び感染が拡大し、調査は再度延期となった。令和5年度は5月に新型コロナウイルスが5類に変更となり、医療機関でも感染者数が減少傾向にあることから、研究協力施設の許可が得られ次第、直ちに調査を開始できるよう、業務の調整や調査協力者の手配等、準備を進めている。また、本調査の円滑な実施に向け、現在プレテストによりデータ収集プロセスの再確認を行っている。

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the two types of sleep patterns and health status. The results of this study include the basic data of nurse's fatigue strategy and sleep education. The survey was conducted on the 20-year-old to 40-year-old, 16-hour night shift, caregiver, wrist chronometer type activity meter, daily shift, night shift, rest day sleep time, sleep, sleep status measurement, questionnaire use, caregiver fatigue, sleep, health related QOL measurement, sleep and correlation evaluation. In the first year (2011 - 2013), the impact of new types of infection was investigated, planned, implemented, and reviewed in the literature. Sleep monitors were used to assess the impact of infection strategies. In 2011 - 2013, the purchase and analysis of items such as equipment and paper were investigated. The number of infected persons tends to decrease, the research collaboration program is implemented, the commitment to start the investigation is achieved, the infection is increased, and the investigation is postponed again. In May of 2015, the number of infected persons in medical institutions decreased, permission for research cooperation was granted, direct investigation was started, business adjustment and manual deployment of investigation collaborators were carried out, and preparations were made. The investigation was carried out in the direction of investigation and reconfirmation of investigation results.
