本年度は、前年度の文献検討の結果等から、実習指導者講習会を修了後、実習指導者を担っている看護職員を対象とした院内研修プログラムを試作した。プログラムは1回50分×3回の研修であり、プログラムの前後に、研修を評価するための質問紙やインタビューによる調査も実施した。研究者の所属する大学の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を受けた後に、附属病院のうち看護基礎教育の臨地実習を受け入れている7病院の看護師長会を通じて研究協力者を募ったところ、4名（男性2名、女性2名）が応じた。2022年12月から2023年2月までの3か月間で、実際にオンライン会議システムを使用したプログラムとグループインタビューを実施し、プログラム実施期間中の脱落者はなかった。全3回のプログラムは、「実習受け入れ前の準備」、「実習中の対応」、「記録や看護ケアの指導」を各回のメインテーマとした。研究協力者として参加した受講者からは、プログラムに対しておおむね好意的な意見を得た。特に、研究協力者（実習指導者）同士の意見交換や、事例を用いた検討について、「理解を深めることができた」、「実際の状況が分かった」、「自部署や自身の指導と比較しながら考えることができた」といった肯定的な意見が複数寄せられた。今後の改善点については「資料の提示は研修会の数日前にあったほうが良い」、「自身と同じ診療科や領域の病棟の実習指導者と意見交換をしたい」、「参加者は少ない方が発言しやすく相手の意見も聞きやすいので参加人数が多い場合にはグループを分けたほうが良い」などの意見が聞かれた。今年度の調査結果についてまとめるとともに、次年度のプログラムの実施に向けてプログラムの改訂を進めた。
