本研究は、実習指導者のキャリアを促進するチームビルディング型支援プログラム開発の実践的研究である。実習指導者が、組織を越えた自己成長しあえる支援プログラムを構築しコミュニティの形成を目指すことを目的としている。今年度は、昨年度実施した支援プログラムのトライアルを基に、支援プログラムにおける必要な要素の特定を行い、支援プログラムの実施・評価を計画していた。しかし、コロナ禍において支援プログラムの実施には至っていない。よって、次年度は、支援プログラムの実施を行い評価・検討を予定する。対象は、組織を越えた実習指導者に広げ、当初の計画に軌道修正する。
