本研究は、臨地実習指導者と大学教員が協働してシミュレーション教材の作成、シミュレーション教育を実施することを通し、互いの指導力の向上と連携強化を目指す共同学習プログラム開発を行うことを目的とするものである。2022年度は、協力病院実習指導者会と京都橘大学看護学部による協働学習会を計6回実施した。第1回～第4回は、実習指導における教育理論的な学習及びグループ討議を行い、第6回目の協働学習会は、共同作成したシミュレーション教材をもとに実習指導者と大学教員が、学生に対する実習指導場面をシミュレーションを実施した。領域別に5グループ編成し、各領域別のシミュレーションを実施した。事前に研究協力の依頼を行い、同意書の提出済の研究協力者（実習指導者）に、シミュレーションの後、グループフォーカスインタビューを実施した。現在データ分析中であるが、実習指導者にとってシミュレーションを通して学生への実習指導をふり返ることは大変貴重な経験であったことが語られている。この機会を通して、自身の実習指導を改めて見つめ直し、いつもとは違った視点からリフレクションすることができる。指導者自身の実習指導は無意識的に行っていることも多く、シミュレーション後のデブリーフィングを通して、行った指導の意図を言語化することとなり、より客観的に指導方法を検討することにもつながっていた。また、大学教員と共に実施し、実習指導に関してディスカッションすることにより、互いの指導の意図を共有し、連携を強化する機会となっていたと考えられる。このように、実習指導シミュレーションを取り入れた協働学習会の教育プログラムは、実習指導者、大学教員双方にとって指導能力の向上、連携の強化に有効であることが示唆されるものである。
