本研究の目的は，認知症高齢者を包括的に捉え，多職種チームにおける看護の専門性と連携方法を学ぶことができる協同学習型老年看護過程教育プログラムを創生することである。研究2年目となる2022（令和4）年度は，2021（令和3）年度に実施した国内の老年看護過程教育に関する文献検討の結果を日本認知症ケア学会第23回大会（2022年6月）にて発表した。また，2022年3月から5月にかけて実施した看護系大学の老年看護過程教育に関する全国調査の結果の分析を行った。老年看護過程教育に関する全国調査は，看護系大学290校に調査関連書類一式を送付し，49大学より回答を得た（回収率16.8％）。分析対象は，2021年度に老年看護過程演習の実績のある47大学とした。結果，認知症高齢者の理解を深める協同学習型老年看護過程教育プログラムの創生への示唆として，以下①～⑤の検討課題を得た。①対面授業での学生同士や学生教師間の直接的な相互作用が必須である学習内容の明確化と，オンラインまたはオンデマンド授業での相互作用性を高める演習方法の具体化，②認知症の種類で最も多いアルツハイマー型認知症を基本事例とし，事例活用マニュアルに基づいて，脳血管疾患や骨折など他疾患の組み合わせを可能にする演習プログラムの作成，③認知症高齢者のイメージ化を実現する事例の作成と学内演習で情報収集力を高める演習方法の具体化，④老年看護過程の理解を助ける段階的な演習プログラムの作成，⑤演習プログラムの進行に合わせた学生へのフィードバック内容・方法の言語化と，その方法による指導体制の構築。全国調査の分析結果は，日本看護科学学会第42回学術集会（2022年12月）にて発表するとともに，調査報告書を作成し，全国の看護系大学へ配布した。

The purpose of this study is to capture the elderly with cognitive disorders, and to create collaborative learning processes for elderly care education by learning the nature of care and linking methods across multiple occupations. The results of the literature review on the implementation of geriatric care process education in China for the year 2022 (Order 4) and 2021 (Order 3) were presented at the 23rd Congress of the Japanese Society of Cognitive Disorders (June 2022). From March to May, 2022, we conducted an analysis of the results of a national survey on geriatric care process education in nursing colleges. In the national survey on geriatric nursing education, 290 nursing colleges sent out a survey related to books, and 49 universities received answers (response rate 16.8%). Analysis of the results of the 2021 elderly care process exercise The results showed that the understanding of cognitive disorder was deepened, and the collaborative learning geriatric care process education was initiated. The following problems were discussed. (1) The direct interaction between students and teachers in face-to-face teaching is necessary to clarify the learning content, and the interaction between students and teachers is high.(2) The types of cognitive disorders are the most common.(3) the creation of exercises for the possible combination of vascular diseases, fractures and other diseases;(3) the creation of examples for the realization of cognitive disorders;(4) the concretization of exercises for the improvement of information gathering power;(5) the creation of exercises for the understanding of geriatric care processes; and (6) the verbalization of exercises for the realization of cognitive disorders. Construction of the guidance system for the development of new methods. The results of the national survey were presented at the 42nd Academic Conference of the Japanese Society of Nursing Sciences (December 2022), and the survey report was prepared and distributed to nursing universities nationwide.
