本研究は，臨床看護師が看護業務の「段取り」を効果的・効率的に学ぶための魅力ある学習プログラムを開発することを目的とする．この目的を達成するためのステップとして，第一に看護業務「段取り」力を育てる具体的方法を明らかにする．第二に看護業務の「段取り」学習プログラムを設計し，実施・評価することで，効果的・効率的で魅力ある学習プログラムを提案する．2022年度は前年度に引き続き「段どり」を高める視点・姿勢・スキルの抽出を行った．視点・姿勢としては「病棟全体や病院全体を俯瞰して事象を捉えること」「主体性を継続して高く維持すること」「時間感覚をもち集中力を高めること」「目標管理志向」「達成志向」「柔軟性」などが挙げられた．スキルとしては「業務全体と業務細部を把握する力」「見通しを立てる力」「タイムマネジメントする力」「ムダ・ムリ・ムラを削減する具体的方法をもつ力」「可視化する力」「割り込み処理をする力」「リスクマネジメントする力」が挙げられ，各要素の詳細な記述を行った．今後行う参与観察でハイパフォーマーの視点，姿勢，スキルの実際を描きだし，記述を詳細にしていく必要があることが確認された．また，抽出された視点・姿勢・スキルと対応する教材について，学びの次元（「わかる」「できる」「使える」）別に教材設計案を作成した．今後行う学習ニーズ調査の結果を受けて，教材の範囲や内容，学び方を修正していく必要があることが確認された．
