本研究は、基礎看護学実習における学生の困難を緩和する実習疑似体験プログラムの開発を目的としている。2022年度は、質問紙調査で用いる質問紙を作成するために、基礎看護学実習における学生の困難に関する文献検討を行った。医中誌webを用いて、キーワードを基礎看護学実習、困難とし、解説と会議録を除いた結果、53件の文献があった。さらに抄録を読み、基礎看護学実習における困難の全体像が記載されている論文は4件であった。学生の困難として、「患者理解」「看護過程の展開」「対象の個別性に応じた看護援助の実施」「患者との関わり」「指導者との関わり」「カンファレンスの運営と討議」「物理的環境の違い」「自己との向き合い方」といった内容が挙げられていた。文献数や対象数も少なく、看護学生の基礎看護学実習全体における困難について、アンケート調査を実施していく必要性が明らかとなった。
