本研究の目的は、1ヶ月健診時における母親の脳(左前頭前野)の活動実態と抑うつ傾向の状況、及び生活上で困難を感じている要因を明らかにし、これらの データをもとに母親に対する集団認知行動療法を活用した児童虐待防止プログラムを開発することである。当初の計画では令和3年度に実施したEPDSとQIDS-J、脳活動測定を用いた、1ヶ月健診を受診する母親の脳活動の実態調査と、育児困難感に関するインタビュー調査を継続して実施する予定としていた。そして、令和3年度、令和4年度で得られたデータを整理・分析し、令和5年度に行うプログラム開発に向けた基礎資料の作成を行う予定としていた。医療機関に対しする研究協力依頼については、令和3年度に引き続き継続して実施した。研究協力を依頼する医療機関の選定は機縁法を用いて、九州圏内で産婦人科を有する病院及び産婦人科クリニック5施設を選定した。今年度当初からCOVID-19の影響により病院やクリニックからの協力を得ることが難しい状況であったが、日本政府よりCOVID-19が５類感染症に指定される指針が発表されたことにより1施設から協力の許諾を得ることができ、次年度より脳活動測定を実施できる環境が整った。インタビュー調査についても機縁法を用いて対象者確保に繋げており、並行して実施できる環境を整えることができた。そのため、これまで実施できない状況であった、脳活動測定やインタビュー調査が実施できるよう関係各所との調整などを年度末を中心に実施した。また、令和5年度に実施予定のプログラム開発のための基礎資料作成などについても、令和5年度に脳活動測定及びインタビュー調査を実施しながら並行して行えるよう研究者間で計画の調整を行なった。
