项目摘要

本研究の目的は医療観察法病棟での看護に特化した看護コンピテンスの獲得や向上を目的としたキャリア教育プログラムを開発することである。プログラムの客観的評価指標のひとつとして研究代表者が開発した「医療観察法病棟に勤務する看護師の看護コンピテンス測定尺度（日本語版）」を用いる。2年度目の今年度(2022年度）は、初年度（2021年度）にCOVID-19 の影響による進捗の遅れがあったため、初年度に計画していた研究を優先的に実施した。実施中の研究は、以下の研究①②、研究Aである。研究①では「日本の医療観察法病棟の看護師の養成に関する実態把握」を目的とし、日本の指定入院医療機関全施設を対象とした質問紙調査を計画し、所属施設での倫理審査承認を経て調査を実施した。年度内にデータ収集を終了し、現在は結果の分析を行っている。研究②は「海外における司法精神看護師の養成に関する文献検討」であり、分担研究者との検討作業が現在も継続中である。さらに研究Aは、本研究の最終目的である教育プログラム開発のための基礎資料とすることを目的とし「指定入院医療機関における看護ガイドラインの作成過程の明確化」に関する研究を計画し、所属施設での倫理審査承認を経て、調査を開始した。このほか、研究代表者が開発し、教育プログラムの客観的評価指標の一つとして用いる「医療観察法病棟に勤務する看護師の看護コンピテンス測定尺度（日本語版）」を国際誌へ論文投稿し、年度内に論文が採択、掲載された。

The purpose of this study is to develop a system of medical care and education that specializes in the care of patients. The evaluation index of the patients in the group was developed by the research representative and used in the "Measurement Scale of Nursing Staff in Medical Inspection Department"(Japanese version). In 2022, the impact of COVID-19 was further improved and priority was given to research in 2021. The following studies are conducted in the implementation of the study. ①②. Study A. The objective of this study was to establish a plan for conducting a questionnaire survey on the overall facilities of designated hospital facilities in Japan and to conduct a survey on the ethical review of the facilities. The annual collection is over, and the analysis of the results is now underway. Study 2: A literature review on the development of overseas forensic psychiatric nurses. Study A: The ultimate goal of this study is to provide basic data for the development of educational programs. The goal is to clarify the process of creating nursing programs in designated admission medical institutions. The study plan, ethical review of affiliated facilities, and the investigation begin. The paper was submitted to the International Journal, and the annual paper was collected and published in the Japanese version of "Measurement Scale of Nursing Center for Nursing Staff in Medical Inspection".
