レジリエンスは逆境に曝された個人の回復力あるいは回復過程と説明される概念である。本研究は、外来診療が中心であり医療者の介入機会が少なく、乳がん罹患・治療に伴い直面する問題への対処が患者自身に求められる早期乳がん患者を対象に、短期間の入院や外来診療でも確実なケアの提供を目指した看護実践モデルを構築するために、重点的なケアが必要である予測されるレジリエンスの低い早期乳がん患者の特徴を明らかにすることを目的としている。本研究で使用するレジリエンス評価尺度Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale（以下、CD-RISCとする）の作成者より使用許諾を得て、CD-RISCと使用マニュアルを提供された。CD-RISCはもともと英語で作成されているが、複数言語で翻訳され各国で使用されている。日本国内でCD-RISCを使用した研究はほとんど見当たらないが、製作者により承認された日本語版CD-RISCが入手可能であり、製作者の使用許諾を得て日本語版CD-RISCを入手した。入手した日本語版CD-RISCのを主とした対象者の基本属性に関する質問を含む質問票を検討し作成中である。

The concept of resilience in adversity This study aims to identify the problems associated with early breast cancer patients, short-term hospital admissions, and external diagnosis and treatment, and to identify the problems associated with early breast cancer patients and external diagnosis and treatment.
