本研究では、炎症性腸疾患患者を対象に、診療とオンライン看護を組み合わせたセルフケア支援方法の確立を目指している。難治性の腸疾患である炎症性腸疾患は、消化器症状や全身症状が長期に続き再発を繰り返しやすい。働き世代に多く、生涯にわたって治療を要するが、薬物療法、食事・栄養療法を基本としたセルフケアにより十分に寛解維持が期待できる。研究者は、これまでの研究によってQOL尺度の開発、健康支援アプリの開発を行ってきた。本研究では、モデル事業として実践と評価を行い、報告書をまとめ提示する予定である。オンライン看護を活用するための支援体制システムを構築し、実際にセルフケア支援を実践する。オンライン看護支援の稼働に向けて①オンライン看護の研修の受講、②オンライン看護手順とマニュアルの作成、③オンライン看護内容の確立（看護師と患者が情報を共有し、患者が設定した行動目標＜マイゴール＞に向けた日々の健康行動＜マイアクション＞の施行状況と症状、 服薬状況や食事管理についての記録をもとに、日常生活上のアドバイスや情報提供を行う）、④ホームページの制作、⑤診療との連携方法を整え、オンライン看護支援の対象患者モニター募集を進めている。開始時、開始後１回目の受診前、２回目の受診前、終了時の３回目に、対象者のセルフケア状況を確認し、本モデル事業の評価を行う。今後は、患者を中心としたオンラインでの診療医・看護師・薬局薬剤師との連携システムの構築へと展開していく予定である。
