项目摘要

前年度からの研究結果を基に、②重症熱傷患者の移行ケアを実施する一般病棟の看護師の困難に関する結果を国内学会で発表（2022年9月）し、現在論文投稿中となっている。上記結果を基に、移行ケア実施の困難解決をふまえ、⑤重症熱傷患者の急性期医療から一般病棟への転棟の際の救急看護師と形成外科病棟看護師双方の移行ケアの認識を明らかにすることを目的とした新たな研究を計画し、双方の病棟看護師を対象にそれぞれ面接調査を実施した。移行ケアの認識として治療過程を含めたケア継続に関する情報共有などが明らかとなった。結果は国内学会に発表（2023年1月）および発表予定（2023年5月）で、論文執筆中となっている。③熱傷患者を対象とした療養中の経験に関する面接調査結果の論文は投稿中となっている。④看護基礎教育課程における熱傷看護の教育に関する調査結果：「熱傷」49（1）掲載となった。当初の研究計画に基づき、⑥救急看護領域におけるエキスパートナースの熱傷看護実践を明らかにすることを目的に、重症熱傷患者の看護実践経験を有する救急看護認定看護師、集中ケア認定看護師、クリティカルケア認定看護師、急性・重症看護専門看護師を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを実施した。看護実践の内容は、身体管理を中心としながら全人的なケアや社会復帰への準備性をふまえたケアの実施が明らかとなった。結果は国内学会で発表予定（2023年7月）となっている。熱傷患者は長期の療養を経ることが特徴的であり、急性期医療から回復期に至るまでの医療、その後は退院支援を必要とあることから、支援モデル構築の基礎資料とするためは病期を網羅した実態調査も必要と考え、⑦熱傷患者に対する退院支援・調整の実態について、日本熱傷学会熱傷専門医認定研修施設の看護師を対象に、Web調査を実施した。結果は国内学会発表と論文執筆予定となっている。

The results of the previous year's study were based on the results of the National Society for the Advancement of Severe Heat Injury Patients (September 2022). The process of migration and treatment includes information sharing. The results were published by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (January 2023) and scheduled for publication (May 2023). (3) The patients with heat injury should receive the survey results and submit the papers in the process of recuperation. 4. The results of the investigation on the relationship between heat injury nursing education and nursing basic education curriculum: "heat injury" 49 (1) The primary research project was conducted on the basis of the following objectives: to clarify the practice of heat injury care in the field of emergency care; to implement the practice of care for severe heat injury patients; to implement the practice of emergency care certified nurses; to implement the practice of intensive care certified nurses; to implement the practice of acute and critical care certified nurses.
