早産児や低出生体重児の出生割合が増加しており、新生児集中治療室（Neonatal Intensive Care Unit：以下NICU）を退院した子どもの精神・発達異常が課題となっている。NICUにおける救命医療に加え、より良い精神・発達を促すためには良好な親子関係が育まれるよう積極的に支援する必要がある。しかし、NICU入院児は未熟性から外界への反応が乏しく、両親は自ら関わりの効果を実感することが難しい。臨床においては新人看護師も同様である。そこで、本研究ではNICUに入院している早産児の自律神経系反応を活用し、両親と新人看護師の声かけや心地の良いケアを提供したときの子どもの反応をフィードバックする介入を実施する。 自らのかかわりによって早産児が応答するということが実感できれば、愛着を築きにくい時期（新人で技術が乏しい時期）においても愛着が芽生え、相互発達を促す看護の一案として提案することを目的とする。2022年度（2年目）は,1年目にできなかった①早産児の自律神経系活動と愛着評価に関する文献検討を行った。②早産児にとって心地よいケアとして声かけやタッチングを具体的に検討することは遅れている。また、③タッチングや声かけによる自律神経活動の変化を評価として用いる測定器具（自律神経系活動データを簡単で信頼性があり可視化できる器具）の検討を行い、活用方法や出力方法を確認する予定であったが遅れている。また、④新人看護師とベテラン看護師のタッチングの違いは何か、声掛けの違いは何か、児のエイトレインメントの現象観察（録画分析）方法や、児に対する愛着の変化を測定する方法を検討する予定であったがコロナ禍のためスタッフを含めた事前の話し合いが難しかった。CODID-19が2023年5月より5類に変更となったため、研究に協力してもらえる施設を新たに探して研究を進めていく予定である。
