2022年度は1)eラーニングによる継続教育、2)データ収集、3)学会発表、4)インタビュー調査のリクルートを実施した。1)eラーニングによる継続教育：共同研究機関（15施設）に所属しているNICU看護師約500名がeラーニング（e-PMaN）を1年間受講した。2)データ収集：eラーニング導入時（2022年4月）、導入後6ヶ月（2022年10月）、導入後1年後（2023年3月）に、新生児の痛みのケアの改善のためのデータベースを用いて、共同研究機関における痛みのケアの質実施率等のデータ収集を実施した。3)学会発表：第31回日本新生児看護学会学術集会でeラーニング導入前のデータ収集結果について発表した。4)インタビュー調査のリクルート：次年度に実施するインタビュー調査の研究説明文・同意書・同意撤回書を共同研究機関に所属するNICU看護師に配布し、研究参加者のリクルートを開始した。
