本研究の目的は、高齢者のフレイル予防で実施する手段骨盤底筋訓練の適切な指導の根拠となる基礎的データの知見を得て、手段骨盤底筋訓練に最適な指導方法について提言することである。現在、骨盤底筋と同じ骨格筋である下肢筋力に着目し対象者を分析後、骨盤底筋訓練の筋肉訓練の前後変化と骨盤底筋と関連する可能性の高い腹横筋の測定を開始している。骨盤底筋訓練前の骨盤底筋と腹横筋の測定を最初に分析しており、幾つかの動きのパターンが示されることが明らかになった。本研究前には、欧米での健常な若年者での測定結果しか示されておらず、関連する筋肉の動きの報告があるが、これまでの報告とは異なる動きのパターンが示されている。

The purpose of this study is to obtain the basic knowledge and methods of pelvic floor tendon training and the most appropriate guidance methods for pelvic floor tendon training. Now, after analyzing the lower limb muscle strength of the pelvic floor muscle training, the possibility of changing the muscle training of the pelvic floor muscle and the relationship between the pelvic floor muscle training and the high abdominal muscle strength is determined. The measurement of pelvic floor muscles and abdominal transverse muscles before pelvic floor muscle training is initially analyzed and displayed. In this study, the results of the measurement of healthy individuals in Europe and the United States showed that the report of muscle activity in Europe and the United States showed that the report of muscle activity in Europe was different.
