昨年度作成した、プログラム案を基に、オンラインシミュレーション学習プログラムのプロトタイプを完成させた。現役の訪問看護師をリクルートして、βtestを実施した。近畿圏の訪問看護師６名に対し、実施したところ、運営面や学習内容に関して多くの改善点が見つかった。これらを踏まえて、修正を行い、次年度は対象者を増やして実行し、プログラムの有効性の検討を行っていく。βtestの結果については、第１５回日本医療教授システム学会学術集会において、発表した。また、現在、論文作成中である。
