本年度の研究成果としては, 令和3年度に高齢者の災害時健康危機管理能力の概念の検討を行い, 被災経験のある高齢者への聞き取りから, 尺度の原項目を抽出し, 概念と尺度原項目とのあてはまりの良さを検討したことである。また, この概念の検討内容は, 災害時に長期にわたり避難した経験をもつ高齢者の健康行動の特徴として示説による学会発表を行った。しかし, 本年度は, 尺度項目を抽出する質問紙調査を実施する予定であったが, 所属機関の倫理審査において承認を得ることができずに, 当初の研究計画がすすんでいない。

This year's research results include the conceptual review of disaster health crisis management capabilities of high-risk people in the first three years of this year, the evaluation of disaster victims 'health crisis management capabilities, and the evaluation of disaster victims' health crisis management capabilities. This concept is discussed in terms of the characteristics of health actions for the elderly and the development of society in the event of disasters. This year, the standard project is selected, the investigation is carried out, the ethical review of the affiliated institution is recognized, and the original research plan is approved.
