本研究の目的は、在宅認知症高齢者の主介護者を対象に介護感動経験プロセスを主介護者や認知症高齢者、訪問看護師の相互作用から分析し、主介護者がもつ介護継続の力とその力を支える支援のあり方を解明することである。2022年度は、１．在宅認知症高齢者の主介護者の介護経験に関する文献検討、２．データ収集に向けた倫理審査申請３．主介護者や訪問看護の介護状況に関するフィールドワーク４．主介護者へのインタビューを行うことを計画した。１．では、在宅認知症高齢者の家族介護者は、認知症症状に戸惑いや怒りの感情をもっていたが、介護の協力を得てゆとりをもち、認知症高齢者を慈しんでいた。また、介護のコツをつかみ、他の介護者の支援に目を向けていた。この結果より、４．の主介護者へのインタビューを実施する際の一助を得ることができた。なお、この結果については、2023年6月に学会発表予定である。２．では、四国大学研究倫理審査専門委員会に申請し、11月に承認を得た。３．では、新型コロナウイル感染症の拡大に伴い、研究協力者に同意を得た後、訪問看護師にICレコーダーとビデオカメラの録画を依頼して実施している。まだデータ収集は、3名にとどまっており、今後も研究協力者を増やし、データ収集を継続していく必要がある。４．では、2名の1回目のインタビューを終え、TEM図を作成している段階である。今後は、TEM図を主介護者に確認してもらい、追加修正をしていく予定である。なお、今後も研究協力者を増やし、データ収集を行う予定である。
