1年目（2021年度）は、日越両国の看護系大学の老年看護学・地域看護学のシラバスレビュー、教員へのインタビュー（オンライン）、文献レビューを行い、人口の高齢化に対応する看護教育の在り方、教育内容の現状と課題を整理した。またその内容について学会発表を行った。2年目（2022年度）は、前年度の調査結果を踏まえ、教育プログラムのデザインを行う計画であったが、研究代表の所属先の変更等の理由で、一部計画を変更し、研究を実施した。具体的には、越国の人口高齢化にかかる健康課題、高齢者に対する看護の特性、認知症に関する知識など、人口高齢化に伴う健康課題に関する看護師および看護学生の基本的能力（へルスリテラシー等）の現状などについて文献レビューを行った。

In 2021, the Department of Nursing in Vietnam organized the current situation of geriatric nursing, regional nursing, teacher training, literature training, and nursing education in response to population growth. The content of the book is not easy to understand. For the 2nd year (2022), there are reasons for reviewing the survey results of the previous year, reviewing the education plan, reviewing the research representative's prior work, and implementing the research. Specifically, the current status of health issues related to Vietnam's high population growth, the characteristics of nursing care for people with high population growth, knowledge related to cognitive disorders, and the basic abilities of caregivers and students to care for people with high population growth (e.g., nursing care) will be reviewed in the literature.
