项目摘要

本研究の目的は、病院における看護師の防災リテラシーを明確にし、その実態を確認した上で、防災リテラシーを高める方策を見つけることとして、調査に取り組んでいる。令和4年度は、令和3年度に計画していた防災リテラシーに関する看護師へのインタビュー調査を実施した。質的な調査として、病院に勤務する災害看護専門看護師、または近年の災害発生時に被災地病院で活動した看護師に、防災リテラシーに関する能力とはどのような能力と考えるかについて、半構成的インタビューを実施した。インタビューのガイドラインとして、令和3年度に実施した防災リテラシーの医療分野に限らない先行研究の文献レビューを用いた。研究倫理審査の承認については令和4年3月に得ることができていたが、COVID19禍における病院の多忙を考慮して調査を行った。対象者は、病院勤務する災害看護専門看護師、または2012年以降に発生した災害に対して病院での対応や実践活動を報告した看護師とした。質的研究における標本サイズのサンプルサイズは通常は12～25名といったところであり、本調査では、多くの対象者が想定できないため、12名を目標としていたが、令和4年5月から10月で10名の対象者を得ることができた。インタビューは対象者の希望に合わせ、対面またはZOOMを用いたビデオ会議とし、1名あたり、30～60分実施した。聞き取りをした内容を文字起こしし、防災リテラシーに関わる内容について語られた部分について内容を分析したところ、防災リテラシーに関する内容は82項目あった。この内容を用いて災害看護経験者による防災リテラシーの実践と妥当性の調査を行うこととした。また、令和5年度の調査として、国内の学会で報告するだけでなく、交流集会を開いて調査を進められるよう、所属施設における倫理部会への書類の準備を行った。
