项目摘要

本研究の目的は、ウェアラブルデバイスを活用した認知症の在宅介護者の介護行動の特性を明らかにし、在宅介護者における介護行動の可視化手法を検討することである。協力施設と連携し、認知症高齢者及び要介護高齢者の在宅介護者の介護行動をウェアラブルデバイスの活用により可視化し負担軽減の支援方法を検討する。本研究により、在宅介護者の包括的な介護状況のアセスメントとテクノロジーを活用した支援方法の開発につながり、開発した支援の活用により在宅介護の継続、介護負担感の軽減、介護者の精神的・身体的な健康の保持・増進、介護サービスの質の向上などの効果が期待されるものである。今年度は、所属機関の研究倫理審査の承認を受けて、研究対象者となる認知症高齢者及び要介護高齢者の在宅介護者への調査を開始している。調査項目として、介護者の在宅介護の状況に関する項目は、介護者の概要(年齢、性別、介護年数、介護時間、続柄、等)、認知症高齢者及び要介護高齢者の概要(年齢、性別、認知症の有無、要介護度、日常生活自立度、介護サービスの利用状況等)、介護継続意思、既存の尺度を用いた認知障害の有無の測定、介護認識(介護負担、肯定的認識)、介護行動の記録及びウェアラブルデバイス(測定項目：脈拍、睡眠、歩数等)の機器を用いて調査を実施している。現在は、4名の対象者より同意を取得し調査を行った。引き続き、共同研究者及び研究協力施設と連携して、対象者となる在宅介護者への調査を継続していく実施していく予定である。

The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of residential care intervention in cognitive disorders and the visualization techniques of residential care intervention. This paper discusses how to support collaborative efforts to improve connectivity, cognitive impairment, and in-home care for people with cognitive impairment. This study aims to explore the development and utilization of support methods in the home care system, including the health status of the home care provider, the reduction of the burden of care, the maintenance and improvement of the mental health of the home care provider, and the improvement of the quality of care provider. This year, the approval of the research ethics review of the affiliated institution was accepted, and the investigation of the subjects with cognitive disorders and those who need to care for them in the home was initiated. Survey of the status of residential care for project and caregiver Summary of age, sex, years of care, length of care, stroke, etc., cognitive hyperactivity and hyperactivity requiring care (Age, gender, presence or absence of cognitive disorders, degree of care need, degree of independence in daily life, utilization of care services, etc.), meaning of care, measurement of the presence or absence of cognitive impairment in existing scales, knowledge of care (burden of care, positive knowledge), record of care actions, and machine use investigation of care services (measurement items: pulse, sleep, number of steps, etc.) Now, four of the respondents agreed to get the investigation. The authors, co-investigators and research collaborators are invited to participate in the study.
