项目摘要

本年度の目的は、糖尿病性腎症のリスク因子を明らかにすることとし、文献検討を実施した。糖尿病性腎症のリスク因子は、検査データ、基本属性、生活習慣、その他の4つに区分された。検査データでは、Hb、Alb、尿蛋白、尿中Alb/Cr、クレアチニン、eGFR、HbA1c、尿酸、HbA1c変動値、中性脂肪、総コレステロール、LDL-C、HDL-C 、non-HDL-C、トリグリセリドHDL比、肝機能、α－2糖たんぱく質LRG1、ビタミンD、インターロイキン8、sTWEAK、脈波伝播速度の21項目であった。基本属性では、年齢、性別、1年間の体重変動、BMI、糖尿病若年発症、内臓脂肪面積、糖尿病罹病期間、インスリン使用、アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬・受容体拮抗薬の使用、高フルクトサミン、網膜症、脳梗塞歴、高尿酸血症、高血糖、脂質異常、冠動脈疾患、高血圧の17項目であった。生活習慣では、食塩摂取量、アルコール摂取、喫煙、活動量の4項目であった。その他には、地域性、心理社会的状態の2項目であった。以上より、糖尿病性腎症のリスク因子は検査データの報告が最も多かった。検査データは特に腎機能や脂質、血糖指標データなどであった。生活習慣では塩分との関連が考えられた。
