本研究は、増加傾向が続くうつ病患者（以下、患者）に対して、うつ病のためのメタ認知トレーニング（以下、D-MCT）を用いた介入を行い、その効果の検証と、D-MCTのうつ病看護プログラムへの適用について検討することを目的とする。具体的には、入院治療中の患者に対してD-MCTを看護師が実施しその効果を、簡易抑うつ症状尺度（QIDS-J；16項目の自己記入式の尺度）と、ベック抑うつ尺度Ⅱ（BDI-Ⅱ；21項目の自己記入式の尺度）のデータを介入前後で統計的に比較して検証する研究１と、介入が終了した対象者にインタビューを行い、介入に対する意見・感想を分析・検討することによって、うつ病看護のプログラムへの導入方法について検討する研究２を実施予定である。初年度には、対象者を選定し、同意を得た後にD-MCTを実施予定であったが、D-MCTの実施者向けのセミナ‐にオンラインで参加するにとどまった。2年目である当該年度は、アメニティフォーラムに参加し、うつ病治療の動向と課題について最新情報を把握し、理解を深めた。しかし、本研究の実施については、コロナ渦による感染対策の優先のため、施設からは許可が得られず、行われていない。また、計画していた精神疾患に関連した国際・国内学会への参加も困難になった。今年度は、新型コロナの5類移行によって、施設の研究協力が期待されるため、研究の実施に向けて進めていきたいと考える。
