今年度は高齢者に向けた予防的作業療法プログラムのプロトタイプを完成させた。それは80ページの教本となり，動画教材も併せてプレスタディの実装が可能なレベルとなっていた。これらを踏まえて海外の先駆者たちと情報交換をしたところである。今年度，実際にオーストラリアへ赴き，有識者であるDr.Unsworth氏および予防的作業療法を実際に行なっているDr.Jacky Liddle氏と対面にて情報交換を行なった。その結果，実施期間の見直しやプログラム内容の見直しが必要となった。また，同時進行で行なっている脳卒中罹患者の運転中断プログラムで得られた知見も多く，その内容も踏まえて現在プログラム内容を修正中である。実際の研究の実施に関しては，COVID-19の影響を受けプレスタディのリクルートは感染状況などから関連施設や機関から受け入れが難しい状況であった。しかし，昨今の感染に関わる事情から東京都内の特定の区の協力を得ることができた。現在，運転中断者に向けた免許返納した高齢者向けの公開講座を行う予定になっており，担当者と打ち合わせを行なっている。この公開講座をきっかけにプレスタディの参加者のリクルートをする予定であり，研究実施に対する見通しがついてきた状況であると言える。

This public lecture is scheduled to be held on the condition that the participants are aware of the situation.
