项目摘要

本研究は腰痛有訴者が多い保健衛生業者の中高年の成人に対して腰痛に関連した脳機能計測(fNIRS)および腰痛症状の長期化に影響する心理社会的要因のうち個人特性を評価し、個人特性が腰痛症状と脳活動の変化にどのように影響するかを経時的に検証することである。研究開始2年目の令和4年度においても、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、本研究の対象である保健衛生業従事者について職場である医療機関・介護施設の感染対策の影響もありリクルートが困難な状態であった。また、fNIRS計測の実施について所属施設の感染対策により大学の外部者入館に関する手続きに時間がかかった。年度後半に入館に関する手続きを行い、大学の外部者の計測が可能となった。そこで事前に質問紙調査と計測手順の確認のため学内教職員の保健衛生業者をリクルートしパイロット計測を実施した。少人数であったが脳機能計測を行い、腰痛刺激の有無により、脳活動の差異を確認した。また性格傾向と関連する脳活動の部位は、以前の大学生を対象とした研究結果と比較的類似した部位であることを確認した。結果については令和5年度の国内学会で報告する予定である。今後、新型コロナウイルス感染症の5類移行に伴い、大学外部の保健衛生業者の円滑なリクルートが可能となり計測を実施する計画である。多施設縦断の質問紙調査については、調査項目、リクルート手順の準備を進めておりこちらも令和5年度内に実施する計画である。

This study evaluated the psychosocial factors associated with low back pain among middle-aged and older adults in the health care industry, and examined the effects of individual characteristics on the development of low back pain symptoms and activities. 2 years and 4 years after the start of the study, the impact of new types of infectious diseases on health care professionals, the impact of infection control strategies in medical institutions and care facilities, and the status of health care professionals. The implementation of the fNIRS measurement and the infection control policy of the affiliated facilities are related to the entry of outsiders into the university. In the second half of the year, the university's external personnel may be measured. This paper surveys and measures the implementation of procedures in the field of health care for faculty members. The number of people with low back pain and the presence or absence of low back pain and the difference in low back pain activity were determined. The results of the study were similar to those of previous college students. The results of this study are set out in the annual report of the National Academy of Sciences. In the future, there will be plans for the possible implementation of five types of migration of new types of infectious diseases, including those in the health care industry outside universities.
