脳血管障害片麻痺患者を対象とした検討に先駆けて、健常者の非利き手を対象として、利き手の動作を反転させた動画の観察による運動イメージ前後の脊髄運動神経の興奮性変化を検討した。健常成人を対象として、利き手上肢での母指と示指のピンチ動作を対象者に実施させて録画し、録画した画像を反転させた動画を観ながら、非利き手での動作をイメージさせた際の脊髄神経機能の興奮性変化をF波を用いて検討した。F波の測定は、安静時、運動イメージ中、運動イメージ後に実施して比較した。脊髄運動神経機能の興奮性の指標であるF波出現頻度（Persistence）、振幅F/M比（F/M amplitude ratio）の変化について、現在のところ一定の傾向は認められていない。
