项目摘要

本研究の目的は、小学校教師の体育授業におけるキャリア別リスクマネジメント能力育成プログラムの構築である。その実現に向け、保健室来室記録をデータベースとした体育授業における負傷発生状況とその要因を解明し、小学校の体育授業に内在するリスクを分析・整理した上でリスクマネジメント方法を提案することを目指している。以下に3つの手続きを示す。（1）第一に、小学生の体育的活動における負傷発生状況とその要因を調査するための保健室来室記録を作成する。保健室来室記録は各学校の養護教諭が管理する記録簿であるが、学校教育法施行規則第15条における「学校に備えなければならないとされる表簿」に位置づけられていないため、記録簿のあり方は多様である（後藤・古田,2007）。したがって、調査に際し、調査協力校の管理職や養護教諭らと協議し、学校に導入可能かつ先行研究を踏まえた保健室来室記録を作成する。（2）第二に、上述の保健室来室記録を活用して1年間の体育的活動における負傷発生状況を追跡調査する。（3）第三に、調査データをもとに体育的活動に内在するリスクを分析・整理し、教師が講じるリスクマネジメント方法を検討する。2022年度は、調査協力校の管理職及び養護教諭と協議を進め、小学校に導入可能な保健室来室記録を作成することができた。加えて、2023年4月から調査開始できるよう、記録方法や集計方法、連絡体制などを確認し研究協力校との連携を強化した。申請当初、調査地区は東北・関東・中部・近畿・中国・四国・九州を想定していたが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大に伴い、全国への調査依頼が難航したため、調査地区は範囲を限定せざるを得ない状況である。調査開始時期が1年遅れたものの、2023年度より調査を開始する準備が整っている。
