项目摘要

本研究の目的は、発達障害児・者が地域でスポーツに参加しようとする時に存在する障壁の具体的な事例と対応を、当事者とその家族の視点からより深く明らかにすることを目的としています。その目的を達成するために、①発達障害児・者のスポーツ参加における障壁に関する先行文献を整理し、②その内容をもとに当事者と保護者を対象に半構造化面接法を用いた深化インタビューを行う調査を遂行することとしました。2022年度は、①の文献レビューを論文としてまとめ、成果を公表しました。本研究で採択した文献に示された障壁の内容を精査した結果、「障害特性要因」「施設・サービス要因」「人的要因」「方法要因」「スポーツ参加要因」の5 つの要因に整理できました。これらのの障壁要因は相互に作用しているとともに、共通する背景要素（例：指導者）があることから、具体的な対応方法や工夫を以下に現場に反映していくことが課題として考えられます。次に、①の本レビューから明らかになった障壁の要因をもとに、発達障害がある当事者と保護者を対象にin-depthインタビュー調査を行い、障壁の事象を明らかにしていく調査を実施しました。5名の保護者と2名の当事者にインタビュー調査を実施し、うち1名（自閉症と知的障害がある男性の保護者）の結果をケーススタディとして学会で成果発表しました。本ケースでは、地域スポーツで障害がある子どもを受け入れる環境に存在する「障壁」についてまとめ、地域でボランタリーに開催されているスポーツ教室での活動や経験が、保護者の認識や態度、当事者のスポーツ参加と継続、変化をもたらす「対応」となることがわかりました。同時に、教室の存在と指導法、子どもの成長が、別の「障壁」を生む可能性があるという構造も明らかになりました。
