昨年に引き続き、酪酸によるマクロファージ分化条件について、条件検討を重ねた。また、使用予定であるミトコンドリア機能にかかわる酵素のヘテロノックアウト株（Adenylate kinase2ヘテロノックアウトHL-60）について、分化にかかわる表現型の詳細を明らかにし、酵素たんぱく質の2D、3Dの立体構造解析を行うことで、使用細胞株としての性質を確立した。
