本研究の目的は，要介護認定情報・介護レセプト等情報を用いて，要介護高齢者に対する自立支援型介護の要介護度改善に対する有効性の検証とその効果の定量化，並びに，自立支援型介護を一種の確率制御シ ステムとして数理モデル化することである．2022年度は主に自立支援型介護の有効性を定量的に分析するためのデータベース整備を行い，具体的には以下を実施した．①評価期間（2015年4月-2019年3月）において，要介護認定・更新が2回以上実施されている者を抽出しグループ化（要介護認定・更新回数の最大値は12）．②上記①のうち，認定・更新回数が2，3，4のグループについて，要介護の変動パターン（単調に軽度化，軽度化の後重度化，等）ごとに分類．③認定・更新の歴年月，前回の認定・更新からのインターバルが個人によって区々であることから，個人間を比較可能とするため，対象者ごとに前回認定・更新からの一次判定の基準時間（合計）の平均の変化量を算出（前回認定・更新と今回更新の基準時間を前回と今回のインターバル（月数）で除して求める）．④自立支援型介護に影響があると考えられる介護サービスを，サービスコード単位で選定．⑤上記③と同様に，④で選定したサービスコードごとの平均利用回数を算出（対象者ごと，かつサービスコードごとに，前回認定・更新と今回更新のインターバル（月数）で，当該インターバル期間の合計利用回数で除して求める）．なお，⑤については，①のグループのうち要介護認定・更新が2回のグループについて作成した．上記①から⑤はデータベース化されている．
